Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to your use of porphis.com.au and to any order you place with us.
ABOUT US
This website is operated by Paint Tech (SA) Pty Ltd (ABN 43 105 583 453), trading as Porphis Australia, of 37 Petrova Ave, Windsor Gardens SA 5087, Australia.
Paint Tech (SA) Pty Ltd is the authorised Australian distributor of Porphis spray equipment. Authorisation is issued by Zhejiang Porphis International Trade Co., Ltd and is valid from 1 March 2026 to 29 February 2028.
This website is not operated by the manufacturer and is not the manufacturer's website. The PORPHIS brand and trade marks belong to Zhejiang Porphis International Trade Co., Ltd and are used under authorisation.
ORDERS
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline an order. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch of your order.
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise.
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications and images are accurate. Where a product is listed at an incorrect price or with an incorrect description, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
AVAILABILITY
Stock levels are indicative. If an item is unavailable after you order, we will contact you to arrange a substitute, a backorder or a refund.
PRODUCT USE
Spray equipment is intended for use by competent operators with appropriate ventilation and personal protective equipment. You are responsible for using the products in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and with all applicable work health and safety requirements.
CONSUMER GUARANTEES
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, other than the PORPHIS brand and trade marks, is owned by or licensed to Paint Tech (SA) Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.
LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, and other than as required by the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price you paid for that product.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
CHANGES
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time you place an order is the version that applies.
