Shipping Policy
We ship Porphis spray guns, equipment and parts Australia-wide from our warehouse in Windsor Gardens, South Australia.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders placed before [1:00pm ACST] on a business day are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after that time, on weekends or on South Australian public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed:
- South Australia: 1-2 business days
- Victoria, New South Wales, ACT: 2-4 business days
- Queensland, Tasmania: 3-5 business days
- Western Australia, Northern Territory: 4-7 business days
- Regional and remote areas: please allow additional time
DELIVERY COSTS
Shipping costfor orders below $100 is $15.
Free shipping applies to orders over $100.
TRACKING
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
DELIVERY ADDRESSES
We deliver to street addresses and business addresses within Australia. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers for larger items.
We do not currently ship outside Australia.
LOST OR DAMAGED DELIVERIES
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
