Returns & Warranty Policy

Defective Products & Warranty Returns

We stand behind the quality of our spray guns, equipment and accessories. We accept returns for products that are found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault or failure under normal operating conditions.

All returns are handled in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Defective Products

If you believe a product is defective, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and a description of the issue. We may request photographs, videos or other information to help assess the fault. In some cases, we may require the product to be returned for inspection.

Where a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect or does not meet applicable consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include:

  • Repair of the product;
  • Replacement of the product; or
  • A refund, where applicable.

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, we will cover reasonable return freight costs associated with a valid defective product claim.

Damage, Misuse & Incorrect Use

Products are not considered defective where the issue has resulted from misuse, mistreatment, accidental damage or improper use of the product.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Incorrect operation or use;
  • Failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions;
  • Incorrect cleaning or maintenance;
  • Inadequate maintenance;
  • Improper storage;
  • Accidental damage;
  • Normal wear and tear; or
  • Unauthorised modifications or repairs.

Claims may be subject to assessment to determine the nature and cause of the reported fault.

Returns for Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection or other non-defective reasons. Our returns policy applies to defective products and products covered by applicable consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for change-of-mind or non-defective products. Where a product is confirmed to be defective, we will determine the appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, which may include a replacement.

How to Request a Return

To request a return for a potentially defective product, please contact us with:

  • Your order number;

We will assess your claim and provide instructions regarding the return process where required.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
